We understand the value of your time, which is why we offer the option of Express VIP Service for our in-store customers. When dropping off, participating customers don’t need to wait while we individually inventory each garment. Simply drop off your Express VIP bag and receive a “quick receipt”. The contents of your Express VIP bag, which is identified by a barcoded ID tag, are later inventoried, and you are emailed a detailed ticket. Of course, this service is completely optional - we’re always more than happy to go over each of your garments with you, one by one.
