Every dry cleaner talks about how great their quality and service are. But do they guarantee it like we do? I’ll bet they don’t! We’re committed to ensuring that you and your garments always look their absolute best. But if you ever get an item back that you’re not 100% thrilled with, give us a call and we’ll send a driver to pick up the item and redo it right away. And if you’re still not 100% satisfied with the garment after we redo it, we’ll give you twice the amount you paid to have it cleaned. We don’t offer this guarantee lightly–we put it in place to keep us focused on providing the quality and service you deserve, so you’ll never have to worry.
I don’t know about you, but I’d get pretty up set if a shirt came back from the cleaners with a broken button. How are you supposed to wear it like that? So here’s our commitment to you: We will always replace any broken or missing buttons on your shirts before you get them back. And if we ever miss one, we’ll giveyou $5 dollars cash. Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t set up this policy so that we could give away five-dollar bills–we set it upto ensure that we meticulously check your buttons,so we don’t lose the five bucks. When you pack a shirt for a business trip, you can trust it’ll be ready to wear when you get there–every time.
