We’re committed to ensuring that you and your garments always look their absolute best. But if you ever get an item back that you’re not 100% thrilled with, give us a call and we’ll send a driver to pick up the item and redo it right away. And if you’re still not 100% satisfied with the garment after we redo it, we’ll give you twice the amount you paid to have it cleaned. So here’s our commitment to you: We will always replace any broken or missing buttons on your shirts before you get them back. And if we ever miss one, we’ll giveyou $5 dollars cash.
