Why are we offering this service for FREE?
Because as times have changed, we realize that many busy families don't have time to go to the dry cleaner during normal business hours. You're WORKING during normal business hours! So how can we provide you with the best quality dry cleaning - and trust me, you'll notice the difference in your very first cleaning with us - if you can't make it to our store during normal business hours? By picking up and delivering your dry cleaning right to your front door, without you even needing to be home. It's a completely automatic and unattended process for you.

What makes our Pickup and Delivery Service BETTER than those of our competitors?
• Our Pickup and Delivery Service is truly FREE. Many of our competitors charge a delivery fee, while others who claim not to charge a delivery fee have a "walk-in pricelist", and a higher "delivery pricelist". Not us, you'll pay the exact same amount to have your clothes picked up and delivered to your home as you would if you walked into our store. Not a penny more.
• Everything is automatic. Our service was designed to be the simplest, most convenient, and easiest to use. You don't need to call to request a pickup, and don't need to be home for us to pickup or deliver to you. All you have to do is hang your laundry bag from your front door on one of your service days. That's it. We'll explain exactly how the process works in more detail, but really, all you have to do is hang your bag outside on one of your service days. (Note: we do have an on-demand option for customers who prefer less-frequent visits)
• We developed cutting-edge technology that automatically sends you an email each time we pickup from your home, listing each garment, including the color, pattern, brand, and price of cleaning. You'll never have to guess what's at the cleaners, or how much it will cost.

• Our Commitment to Environmental Responsibility runs deep, and has for a long time. Although dry cleaning isn't regarded as an environmentally friendly process, we've put an awful lot of time and effort into being environmentally responsible. And it doesn't end with our state-of-the-art dry cleaning machines. We've taken environmental responsibility to a whole new level and invested heavily over the last 3 years to make our whole operation as efficient as possible (from our steam generation and hot water systems, all the way to our delivery vehicles and high efficiency LED and Fluorescent lighting systems). So how exactly does it work?
We provide you with an over-the-door hook, and two convertible garment / laundry bags on your first pickup day. Depending on your address, your service days will be either every Monday and every Thursday, or every Tuesday and every Friday. (We'll use the second senario, Tuesdays and Fridays, for the below example).

The service is very simple and very easy. There's no need to call to let us know you need a pickup, and no need to be home when we come to your house. We will drive past your home every Tuesday and every Friday. If you have cleaning for us to pickup, just simply leave your laundry bag hanging from your over-the-door hook by 8am on one of your service days, and we will pick it up and deliver it to you clean on your next service day (if we pick it up on Tuesday we will deliver it on Friday; if we pick it up on Friday we will deliver it on Tuesday). And since we provide you with two laundry bags, you're able to leave us laundry to pick up on both service days each week if you'd like to. If you don't have clothing for us to pick up on one of your service days, simply don't put your bag out. When we drive by your home and don't see a laundry bag hanging, we will know you don't need a pickup and continue driving by.

Soon after we pick up your laundry bag, you will automatically receive an email listing each garment that we picked up, including the color, pattern, brand, and price of cleaning. You'll never have to guess what's at the cleaners. Plus, you can always log into your account and see what's at the cleaners, your cleaning history, or even change your preferences.

Your credit card will be placed on file and charged every Wednesday for any dry cleaning that has been delivered back to your home. Cleaning that has not yet been delivered back to you will not be charged. You will automatically receive an emailed statement of what was charged to your credit card each week for your records.

And you're always welcome to come into our Albertson location for rush orders or for a fitting with one of our tailors — we'll even deliver your alterations when they're ready.
