We’re pleased to provide FREE No-Contact Pickup & Delivery of Dry Cleaning and Wash & Fold to our neighborhood – and our service area is larger than you might realize (From Great Neck and Port Washington to Garden City, and from Floral Park to Jericho). It would be our pleasure to be at your service, we hope to talk with you soon!
Here are some features we provide that you may find useful:
· Interactive text message reminders the night before we come so you don’t forget! (And you can reply Yes or No, and you will automatically be added or removed from our driver’s list).
· Emailed copies of your tickets when we pick up your clothing that lists each item we picked up, including the color, brand name, and price to clean each item.
· Professional tailoring (alterations and repairs) by our two full-time expert tailors. For items that need to be fitted in person, you can come in for a fitting and we’ll deliver your completed alterations to your home.
· Commitment to Environmental Responsibility that runs deeper than just our state-of-the-art organic dry cleaning machines and wet cleaning capabilities. We’ve invested heavily to make our whole operation as efficient as possible - from our steam generation and hot water systems, all the way to our BlueTec delivery vehicles and high efficiency LED lighting systems.
· We also clean bedding (comforters, duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases), furniture covers (couch cushion covers, etc.), flatwork (tablecloths and napkins), and draperies. And we provide Wash & Fold Service for your regular laundry as well.
After you sign up, we will reach out to you by phone to obtain your credit card info for billing, let you know which days we are available to pick up and deliver at your address, and answer any questions you may have. This is how the service works:
· Depending on your address, your available pickup and delivery days will either be:
Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays
· We will send an automated text message to your cell phone at 7:30pm the night before your available pickup & delivery days. The message will be: “This is Tres Bon Dry Cleaners. We have a driver in your area tomorrow. To request a pickup, reply "Y".” If you would like us to come pick up, simply reply “Y” (without the quotes), by midnight, and you will automatically be added to the driver’s list. We will only come to your home to pick up if you reply to the text message. If you do not need a pickup, simply do not reply and the driver will not come.
· Please leave your laundry bag outside your front door by 8am on the morning of the pickup day you requested via text message. A driver will come by and pick it up. We will deliver your clean clothes back on your next available delivery day, and hang them on your over-the-door hook we provide.
· You will receive an emailed copy of your tickets when we pick up your clothing that lists each item we picked up, including the color, brand name, and price to clean each item.
